1.1 How is the VINIDEA website structured?
The Vinidea website is an e-commerce and e-learning platform, allowing users to register for in-person and online events, purchase video courses or training programs, subscribe to the INFOWINE Internet Journal or buy individual articles, and access a personal area to review purchased content, educational materials, and—where applicable—obtain a certificate of participation. For this reason, we recommend that each user creates a personal account. Login credentials are personal, confidential, and non-transferable. By browsing the Vinidea website and clicking on the SHOP dropdown menu, you will find:
- ALL PRODUCTS: An overview of the different brands. By clicking on the icons, you can access the dedicated pages.
- VINIDEA TRAINING: Our training courses, in-person seminars, and scheduled live webinars.
- INFOWINE PREMIUM: The latest vine-growing and winemaking industry updates, available for purchase individually or as part of the Infowine Premium subscription. To access the full INFOWINE journal, click the VISIT THE JOURNAL button.
- ENOFORUM: The section dedicated to our technical-scientific congress for the viticulture and enology sector. For more details, click the VISIT THE WEBSITE button.
- WINEMAKING MASTERCLASS: On-demand video courses and specialized training programs on specific topics.
- SPARKLING WINE FORUM: The dedicated section for the Sparkling Wine Forum exhibition and conference. To explore the content, click the VISIT THE WEBSITE button.
1.3 How to apply a promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, you can use it during checkout.
- Click on “Click here to enter your promotional code”.
- Enter the code in the designated field and click “APPLY PROMOTIONAL CODE”.
If the code is valid and entered correctly, a confirmation notification will appear.
IMPORTANT: Once the purchase is completed, you will no longer be able to apply a promotional code.
1.5 How to purchase an INFOWINE PREMIUM subscription?
Open the INFOWINE Internet Magazine website (www.infowine.com), click on the Infowine Premium button at the top left to be directed to the page displaying the relevant content for sale on vinidea.it. Then click on the “Infowine Premium Subscription” product to start the purchase process.
Follow the steps outlined in the FAQ “How to purchase content?”.
IMPORTANT: If you pay via PayPal or credit/debit card, your subscription will be AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED upon expiration. To disable this feature, see the FAQ “How to disable automatic renewal of the Infowine Premium subscription?”.
1.7 Where can I find the expiration date of my INFOWINE PREMIUM subscription?
Log in by clicking on ACCOUNT at the top right of the vinidea.it website and then click on SUBSCRIPTIONS.
It will open the page with the list of subscriptions you have purchased over time, click on the VIEW button related to the subscription with the “active” status: you can check here the start date, the date of the last order and the next billing date (= expiration date).
1.8 How does the renewal of my INFOWINE PREMIUM subscription work?
During the 15 days before expiration, you will receive reminder emails with details on pricing, any changes, and useful information.
If the payment method set in your account is credit/debit card or PayPal, automatic renewal will be activated. You can disable this at any time by following the instructions in the FAQ “How to disable automatic renewal of the Infowine Premium subscription?”.
If no payment method is set, renewal is manual. Upon expiration, you will receive a proforma renewal order via email with a payment request to be completed within 7 days. Once the payment is processed using one of the accepted payment methods (see the FAQ “What payment methods are accepted?”), the subscription will be renewed.
IMPORTANT: The subscription can also be renewed before the expiration date. Log in by clicking on ACCOUNT in the top right corner of vinidea.it, then click on SUBSCRIPTIONS. A page will open showing all subscriptions you have purchased. Click on VIEW next to the active subscription that is about to expire, then click RENEW NOW.
1.11 How can I change my personal information?
Log in by clicking on ACCOUNT at the top right of the vinidea.it website and then click on SUBSCRIPTIONS.
It will open the page with the list of subscriptions you have purchased over time, click on the VIEW button related to the subscription with the “active” status: you can check here the start date, the date of the last order and the next billing date (= expiration date).
1.13 Are there discounts for members of trade associations or other types of users?
Members of SIVE – Italian Society of Viticulture and Enology, Infowine Premium subscribers, and individuals registered with associations affiliated with VINIDEA may access discounts on VINIDEA products/services. Discounts, when available, are detailed on the product/service pages to which they apply.

To subscribe to our newsletters (VINIDEA, Enoforum, Infowine, Winemaking Masterclass):
- From vinidea.it or infowine.com, scroll down to the NEWSLETTER section
- Enter your email address in the designated field
- Click the option “I accept the general terms and agree to receive newsletters“
- Click SUBSCRIBE
Registration will be complete once you confirm by clicking the button in the email you will receive from the system (with sender iscrizioni@vinidea.it). After that, you will receive a welcome email.
The subscription is unique and valid for all brands, in the language of the page where you signed up. To subscribe to the same newsletters in a different language, you will need to change the language of the page you are on (by selecting the corresponding flag) and repeat the steps described above.
IMPORTANT: If you unsubscribe, the action will apply to all brands and all languages in which you previously subscribed to our newsletters.
1.2 How to purchase content on the VINIDEA website?
To make a purchase on the Vinidea website, open the SHOP dropdown menu and select the relevant brand to search for the desired content. Alternatively, by selecting ALL PRODUCTS, you can apply filters by type and/or category (topic).
If you are already registered on the Vinidea website:
- Log into your account by clicking ACCOUNT in the top right corner and entering your username (or email) and password
- Select the product of interest from the available brands and add it to your cart
- Enter any promotional code (see the FAQ “How do I apply a promotional code?”)
- Verify the accuracy of your information and complete any missing details
- Proceed with payment:
o If paying via credit/debit card or PayPal, the digital product will be immediately accessible.
o If paying via bank transfer, access to the digital product will be granted only after payment verification.
If you are not registered on the Vinidea website:
- Select the product of interest and add it to your cart
- Enter any promotional code (see the FAQ “How do I apply a promotional code?”)
- Fill in all billing details and choose a password to create your ACCOUNT. Proceed with payment:
- If paying via credit/debit card or PayPal, the digital product will be immediately accessible
- If paying via bank transfer, access to the digital product will be granted only after payment verification.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

1.6 How to disable automatic renewal of the INFOWINE PREMIUM subscription?
Log in by clicking on ACCOUNT in the top right corner of vinidea.it, then click on SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Disable the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL button, and a message will appear stating “Automatic renewal disabled”.
If you paid by credit/debit card, this step is sufficient.
If you paid via PayPal, in addition to disabling the option in your Vinidea account, you must also cancel the automatic payment in your PayPal account settings.
Go to paypal.com, log in, and click on the Settings icon:
- Click on “Payments”
- Select “Automatic Payments”
- Select “Vinidea S.r.l.” from the list of active automatic payments and click CANCEL
- Confirm the cancellation of the automatic payment to Vinidea S.r.l.
- Click DONE to complete the process.
Returning to your Vinidea S.r.l. profile, the payment status will update to INACTIVE.
IMPORTANT: Immediately after the cancellation process, the automatic payment status may change to CANCELLATION PENDING. In this case, simply wait a few hours for it to update to INACTIVE.
1.9 How do I view and use my purchases?
To view your purchases on vinidea.it, log in by clicking on ACCOUNT in the top right corner and entering your username (or email address) and password.
From the dropdown menu, select ORDERS, where you will find all completed purchases. Click VIEW for details.
By clicking on MY COURSES, you will see a list of all available digital content across all brands on the site. Click GO TO COURSE to access your content.
IMPORTANT: The Infowine Premium subscription is divided into two sections:
– All content up to 2020
– All content from 2021 to the present
If your purchase includes participation in in-person events or live webinars, you will receive instructions via email.
1.10 If I attend a live webinar, can I also watch the recording?
The availability of live webinar recording, if scheduled, is specified on the event posting page.
1.12 How are training credits recognized by professional bodies obtained?
Where specified and based on agreements with Professional Orders and other industry associations, participation in our training events may grant recognized Training Credits. Check the event’s publication page for details.
1.14 Is it possible to obtain a certificate of attendance?
Depending on the type of service provided through vinidea.it, different methods are available to obtain a certificate.
Video courses: Once you have completed all lessons in the COURSE CONTENT section and clicked the green “Mark as completed” button, a notification will appear: “You have earned a certificate!” Click on “Download Certificate” to receive your certificate in PDF format. This certificate includes your name and surname, course title, and duration.
In-person courses, seminars, and conferences: If a certificate is available, the issuance method will be specified on the event’s publication page. The certificate includes your name and surname, event title, and duration (if quantifiable).
Live webinars: If a certificate is available, the issuance method will be specified on the event’s publication page. The certificate includes your name and surname and the event title. The duration can be inferred from the event program published on vinidea.it, which we recommend keeping along with your certificate.
1.16 How can I register on the vinidea.co.uk website?
Registration on the website occurs when you make your first purchase on vinidea.it, even if you select a free product. For step-by-step instructions on how to make a purchase, see the FAQ “How do I purchase content?”.
1.17 How can I cancel my INFOWINE PREMIUM subscription?

General information on using the App
2.1 How to enjoy the purchased content?
After installing the App on your mobile device (view Installation Manual: https://vinidea.it/en/installation-manual/), log in with your data by clicking on the ‘Account’ icon.
Once logged in, to view previously purchased content, click on the “My Courses” icon and select the course you wish to view. Scroll down the page until you get to the “Course Content” section, select a lesson, and wait a few moments to allow the content to load properly.
The lesson can be played online or downloaded for viewing when the device is off-line; in this case, the content will be available by clicking on the “Download” icon.
2.2 How to purchase a course?
From the App it is also possible to purchase new content via the ‘Add to Basket’ button.
To finalise your purchase, click on the green “Proceed with Order” button in the shopping cart.
If you were previously logged in, you will be shown the stored billing details, which you can correct or supplement. Alternatively, you will be asked to enter your login credentials or create an account in the case of a first purchase via App or the vinidea.it website.
Continue to the shopping cart to choose the payment method and click the ‘Place Order’ button to complete the purchase process.
In the case of payment by credit card or Paypal, the content will be immediately available in the ‘My Courses’ area; for payment by bank transfer it will take a few days for the credit to be verified.
