VINIDEA s.r.l. (hereinafter VINIDEA), with legal and operative headquarters in Piazza 1° Maggio 20, 29028, Ponte dell’Olio (PC) invites Customers to read the General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter GCS) that regulate the sale of products and services on the website: www.vinidea.it.
Unless otherwise specified, this document also extends to transactions carried out through the VINIDEA app.

Cap. 1 Scope of application
Through www.vinidea.it it is possible to purchase:
- Continuing education technical content (technical articles and audio-visual content, e-learning courses);
- Infowine Premium annual subscription;
- Registration for in-person events (conferences, classroom courses, seminars, live webinars).
Ch. 2 Sales contract and validity of products/services
The GCS govern and regulate the contractual relationship that originates at the time of the purchase of a given product/service of VINIDEA by the Customer and are deemed to be accepted in full by the Customer.
The contract is perfected by producing the obligatory effects of law at the moment when the Customer’s order comes to VINIDEA’s attention and payment is finalized.
ATTENTION: Unless special arrangements are made, orders that are not followed by payment within 7 days will be automatically cancelled and any discount code entered will lose its validity.
Access to digital materials is subject to the technical processing time of the payment made by the Customer.
The right of access to materials is also subject to the type of product/service purchased.
Once the purchase of a digital product has been made, it will not be possible to request a refund except in the specific cases provided for in the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The materials linked to the video courses do not expire subject to the obsolescence of the content covered.
Content may be updated and changed without notice at VINIDEA’s discretion.
Regarding the purchase of participation in classroom courses, conferences and live webinars, please refer to the appropriate terms and conditions found in Ch. 7.
With regard to the purchase of the Infowine Premium subscription, please refer to the appropriate sales conditions in Ch. 8.
2.1 Public Administration
Public Administrations that wish to conclude a purchase with split payment invoicing, or that have special accounting requirements, must use bank transfer as the exclusive method of payment and provide VINIDEA with all information necessary for the correct issuance of the invoice (CIG/CUP, purchase order number, any other specifications to be reported on the invoice).
ATTENTION: this special information must be specified during the purchase process, in the Notes field of the order, in the Additional Information section. If that field is not sufficient to detail administrative requirements, the PA should promptly send an email to iscrizioni@vinidea.it quoting in the subject line the order number obtained at www.vinidea.it upon completion of the purchase process.
2.2 Promotional codes
Members of the SIVE – Società Italiana di Viticoltura ed Enologia (Italian Society of Viticulture and Oenology), Infowine Premium subscribers and members of VINIDEA affiliated Associations can access discounts on products/services offered by VINIDEA. The list of affiliated Associations can be found on the site under FAQ. The amount of the discounts may vary according to the type of product/service and is always specified on the information sheet of each product/service together with information on how to take advantage of them.
Ch. 3 Methods of Payment
The accepted methods of payment are listed on the ACCEPTED PAYMENTS page at www.vinidea.it. VINIDEA reserves the right not to provide a service or make a product available in the event of payment irregularities.
Ch. 4 Privacy Policies and Cookies
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) applicable as of 25 May 2018, appropriate documentation is available which can be read on the website under PRIVACY POLICY and COOKIE POLICY.
Ch. 5 Copyright Protection
All contents present in the website www.vinidea.it (articles, images, photos, videos, trademarks, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of VINIDEA and/or third parties where indicated and are protected by current laws on the protection of intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise foreseen and without the written consent of VINIDEA, the extraction, reproduction, translation, adaptation or any other form of use as sanctioned by Art. 64 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code is forbidden. Sec.V and Sec.VI of Law April 22, 1941, No. 633. 633. Reproduction and use of the contents, if granted, are subject to the following conditions:
maintaining the original format with citation of the source, author and address of the site from which it was taken being non-profit-making.
Ch. 6 Digital content
The digital contents are related to: technical articles, audio-video recordings, video-courses and vertical e-learning paths (masterclasses).
These products are available for sale on www.vinidea.it accompanied by useful information such as: description of content covered, sales prices and any discounts applied, deadlines.
6.1 Purchase and Payment
The purchase of digital content is formalised upon payment of the order placed on www.vinidea.it. In the event of payment by bank transfer, the order shall only be confirmed upon receipt of the actual crediting to our bank account. In the event of payment by credit card, Stripe or PayPal account, the order will only be confirmed upon successful completion of the transaction. ATTENTION: Unless otherwise agreed, orders that are not followed by payment within 7 days will be automatically cancelled and any promotional code entered will lose its validity.
6.2 Modalities of use
Upon completion of payment, the digital content becomes available on-demand in your account on www.vinidea.it , MY COURSES area, accessible after logging in.
6.3 Right of Withdrawal
As provided in Article 59 of the Consumer Code it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of the purchase of digital products such as video courses and technical articles, with the exception of the Infowine Premium subscription, for which see Chapter 8.
Ch. 7 In-person events, live webinars
In-person events are training events that take place in various locations throughout Italy: classroom courses, congresses, seminars. Live webinars are training events conducted in virtual form and broadcast via external platforms such as Zoom and GoToWebinar. These products are available for sale on www.vinidea.it, accompanied by useful information such as: description of content covered, sale prices and any discounts applied, deadlines, and registration procedures.
7.1 Registration and payment of fees
Registration for in-person events and live webinars is formalised upon payment of the purchase order at www.vinidea.it. An individual registration is required for each participant. Registration must be made directly online at www.vinidea.it and will only be valid if completed by the specified deadline and according to the chosen payment method. Registration by telephone or communicated by a different method will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide and verify the correctness of the actual participant’s data (name, surname and email), in order to allow for proper management of the registration. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the actual crediting to our bank account; in this regard, we recommend that the registration be made at least three working days before the event registration deadline, otherwise the technical time required for crediting may not allow participation. In the event of payment by credit card, Stripe or PayPal account, registration will only be confirmed if the transaction is successful.

7.2 Date and location of course
In the days preceding the date of the event, VINIDEA will send all duly registered participants a communication via e-mail to confirm the venue where the course will be held, the address, date and time of the lessons. For webinars, registered participants will receive an email with the link for participation in the event. VINIDEA reserves the right to make changes to the date, venue/platform and lecturer; it is understood that any changes will be promptly communicated to those enrolled.
7.3 Postponement or Cancellation
VINIDEA reserves the right to cancel or postpone events/webinars if the minimum number of participants assessed for each one is not reached. In the event that the event/webinar is cancelled by VINIDEA, the fees paid will be refunded in full to those registered. Subject to agreement between VINIDEA and the participant, the fee paid may be used as an advance for another training event and/or for the purchase of another product. For postponements and cancellations beyond VINIDEA’s control, the refund of fees will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7.4 Non-attendance, substitution and cancellation
The following are the provisions in case of non-participation, substitution of registered person and cancellation.
- In case of non-participation without prior notice, the fee paid will not be refunded.
- Substitution of one or more participants will only be accepted by VINIDEA if communicated in writing and on a date prior to the day of the event/webinar.
- It is possible to cancel participation in an event/webinar by written communication to VINIDEA at the email address iscrizioni@vinidea.it with a request for reimbursement of the fee paid, which will be finalised by using the payment method applied by the Client at the time of purchase where possible and without additional charges.
- Should the cancellation of participation be communicated within three working days prior to the date of the event/webinar or on the day itself, there will be no refund of the fee paid. Further cases not listed above will be assessed by VINIDEA only upon receipt of a specific written request.
7.5 Rules of conduct during in-person events
Participants are obliged to use the materials, equipment and premises made available for the holding of classroom courses with care and diligence, to abide by the safety rules of the venues and facilities and not to take photos or make audio/video recordings except and/or with the prior written authorisation of VINIDEA. In case of violations VINIDEA is authorised to proceed with legal action and to withdraw photos and audio/video recordings.
Ch. 8 Infowine Premium Subscription
The Infowine Premium subscription is valid for one year from the date of finalisation of payment and, except in the case of payment by bank transfer, the RENEWAL will be AUTOMATIC.
With the purchase of the subscription, if payment has been made by PayPal or credit or debit card, on expiry the Client authorises VINIDEA to automatically charge the current list price, unless otherwise agreed, to the payment method provided.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the validity of the payment data provided (e.g. credit card expiry date), which may prevent the renewal of the subscription and thus preclude the enjoyment of the content included in the Infowine Premium subscription.
During the 15 days preceding the expiry date, the customer will receive e-mail notifications (with prices, possible changes and useful info) that will signal the approaching end of the subscription.
You can disable the automatic renewal function at any time.
To deactivate this function by credit or debit card, you will need to uncheck the option within your account at www.vinidea.it, in the ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ section.
To deactivate automatic renewal with PayPal, you will need to deselect the option within your account, in the ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’ section, and cancel the automatic payment in your PayPal account settings (specific instructions can be found in the FAQ on www.vinidea.it) The contents of the subscription may be updated and modified without prior notice at VINIDEA’s discretion.
8.1 Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date of your Infowine Premium subscription by sending a notice to VINIDEA at iscrizioni@vinidea.it .
Following the withdrawal, VINIDEA will evaluate the requests and provide a refund using where possible the payment method applied by the Customer at the time of purchase and without additional charges.
Ch. 9 Liability and Place of Jurisdiction
VINIDEA employs personnel bound by contractual forms conforming to current labor regulations and in compliance with the insurance, social security, welfare, tax and accident prevention requirements of the sector to which they belong.
VINIDEA guarantees the protection of patents, trademarks, copyrights belonging to third parties.
VINIDEA undertakes to perform its activities with diligence and good faith.
VINIDEA is only obligated to deliver what is available at the time of purchase.
VINIDEA cannot be held responsible for anomalies in the delivery of products and/or services resulting from technological updates and/or problems on telematic and telephone networks.
VINIDEA is relieved of all responsibility for any interruptions in service, which it undertakes to restore as quickly as possible.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale replace those previously adopted by VINIDEA and are subject to current Italian legislation.
For any dispute the competent court of jurisdiction is Piacenza.
Ch. 10 Declaration of acceptance of VINIDEA’s General Terms and Conditions
The Client declares that he/she has read and accepts, without any conditions or reservations, all the provisions contained in this document “VINIDEA s.r.l.’s General Conditions of Sale”.
