VINIDEA s.r.l. (hereinafter VINIDEA), with registered office and operations at Piazza 1° Maggio 20, 29028, Ponte dell’Olio (PC) invites Customers to read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter GTC) that govern the sale of products and services on the website www.vindea.it

Ch. 1 Scope of application
Through www.vinidea.it it is possible to purchase:

  • Technical professional development content (technical articles and audio-video content, e-learning paths); – Annual subscription to the Infowine internet magazine (www.infowine.com);
  • Registration for in-person events (conferences, classroom courses, seminars).

Ch. 2 Sales contract and validity of products/services

The GTC govern and regulate the contractual relationship that originates at the time of the purchase of a given product/service of VINIDEA by the Customer and are deemed to be accepted in full by the Customer.
The contract is perfected by producing the obligatory effects of law at the moment when the Customer’s order comes to VINIDEA’s attention and payment is finalized.

WARNING: Unless special agreements are made, orders that are not followed by payment within 10 working days will be cancelled ex officio and any discount code entered will lose its validity.

Access to digital materials is subject to the technical processing time of the payment made by the Customer.
The right of access to materials is also subject to the type of product/service purchased.
Once the purchase of a digital product has been made, it will not be possible to request a refund except in the specific cases provided for in the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The materials linked to the video courses do not expire subject to the obsolescence of the content covered.
The subscription to the online magazine Infowine is valid for one year from the date of completion of payment.
Content may be updated and changed without notice at VINIDEA’s discretion.
Regarding the purchase of participation in classroom courses, conferences and live webinars, please refer to the appropriate terms and conditions found in Ch. 7.

2.1 Public Administration

Public Administrations that wish to conclude a purchase with split payment invoicing, or that have special accounting requirements, must use bank transfer as the exclusive method of payment and provide VINIDEA with all information necessary for the correct issuance of the invoice (CIG/CUP, purchase order number, any other specifications to be reported on the invoice).

PLEASE NOTE: This particular information must be specified during the purchase process, in the Order Notes field in the Additional Information section. If that field is not sufficient to detail administrative requirements, the PA should promptly send an email to iscrizioni@vinidea.it quoting in the subject line the order number obtained at www.vinidea.it upon completion of the purchase process.

2.2 Discount coupons

Members of SIVE – Italian Society of Viticulture and Enology, Infowine Premium subscribers and members of VINIDEA affiliated Associations can access discounts on products/services offered by VINIDEA.
The list of affiliated Associations can be found on the website under FAQ.
The amount of discounts may vary depending on the type of product/service and is always specified on the information sheet of each product/service along with information on how to take advantage of them

Ch. 3 Payment methods and right of withdrawal

The accepted methods of payment are listed on the page: accepted payments.
VINIDEA reserves the right not to make the provision of a service or the provision of a product in the face of payment irregularities.
As provided in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of the purchase of digital products such as video courses and technical articles.
Instead, it is possible to withdraw within the period of 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to the Infowine internet magazine by sending a notice to VINIDEA at iscrizioni@vinidea.it .
Following the withdrawal, VINIDEA will evaluate the requests and provide a refund using where possible the payment method applied by the Customer at the time of purchase and without additional charges.

Ch. 4 Privacy Policies and Cookies

Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) applicable as of May 25, 2018, we have created special documentation readable on the website under PRIVACY POLICY and COOKIE POLICY.

Ch. 5 Copyright Protection

All content on the website www.vinidea.it (articles, images, photos, videos, trademarks, logos etc.) are the exclusive property of VINIDEA and/or third parties where indicated and are protected by current laws on the protection of intellectual property rights. Any other use is prohibited, without prior written consent from VINIDEA.
Reproduction and use of content is usable under the following conditions:

  • maintenance of the original format with citation of the source, author and address of the site from which it was taken,
  • not being for profit.

It is prohibited, where not otherwise provided, the extraction, reproduction, translation, adaptation or any other form of use as enshrined in Articles 64 et seq. Sec.V and Sec.VI of Law April 22, 1941, No. 633. 633.

Ch. 6 Liability and Jurisdiction

VINIDEA employs personnel bound by contractual forms conforming to current labor regulations and in compliance with the insurance, social security, welfare, tax and accident prevention requirements of the sector to which they belong.
VINIDEA guarantees the protection of patents, trademarks, copyrights belonging to third parties.
VINIDEA undertakes to perform its activities with diligence and good faith.
VINIDEA is only obligated to deliver what is available at the time of purchase.
VINIDEA cannot be held responsible for anomalies in the delivery of products and/or services resulting from technological updates and/or problems on telematic and telephone networks.
VINIDEA is relieved of all responsibility regarding any interruptions in service, which it undertakes to restore as quickly as possible.
These General Conditions of Sale replace those previously adopted by VINIDEA and are subject to current Italian legislation.
For any dispute the competent court of jurisdiction is Piacenza.

Ch. 7 Classroom courses and live webinars

Classroom Courses mean in-person training events that take place in different locations located throughout Italy. Live Webinars mean training events conducted in virtual form and delivered via external platforms such as Zoom and GoToWebinar.
Classroom courses and webinars are available for sale accompanied by all useful information such as: description of the content covered, sale prices and any discounts applied, deadlines, registration and participation methods.

7.1 Registration and payment of fees

Enrollment in courses and webinars is formalized upon payment of the purchase order for the “Classroom Course” or “Webinar” product at www.vinidea.it. Registration must be made directly online at www.vinidea.it
and will be considered valid only if finalized by the specified deadline and according to the chosen payment method. Registration by telephone or communicated by a different method will not be accepted.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the actual crediting to our bank account; in this regard, it is recommended to make the registration at least three working days before the event registration deadline, otherwise the technical time for crediting may not allow participation in the course or webinar.
In case of payment by credit card, Stripe or PayPal account, the registration will be confirmed only if the transaction is successful.

WARNING: Unless special agreements are made, orders that are not followed by payment within 10 working days will be cancelled ex officio and any discount code entered will lose its validity.

7.2 Date and location of course

By the end of the registration deadline, VINIDEA will send all duly registered participants an e-mail communication confirming the venue where the course will be held, the address, and the date and time of the lectures. For webinars, registered participants will receive a registration link to the event. VINIDEA reserves the right to make changes in date, venue/platform and lecturer; it is understood that any changes will be promptly communicated to registered participants.

7.3 Course postponement or cancellation

VINIDEA reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses/webinars if they do not reach the minimum number of participants assessed for each event. In the event that the course/webinar is cancelled by VINIDEA, the fees paid will be fully refunded to the registrants.
Upon agreement between VINIDEA and the enrollee, it is possible to use the fee paid as an advance for another training event and/or for the purchase of another product.

7.4 Non-attendance, substitution and cancellation

The following are the provisions in case of non-participation, substitution of registered person and cancellation.
In case of non-participation without prior notice, the fee paid will not be refunded.
Substitution of one or more participants will be accepted by VINIDEA only if communicated in writing and on a date prior to the day of the course/webinar.
It is possible to cancel participation in a course/webinar upon written notice to VINIDEA at the email address iscrizioni@vinidea.it with a request for a refund of the fee paid, which will be perfected using where possible the payment method applied by the Client at the time of purchase and without additional charges.
If the cancellation of participation is communicated within 3 working days prior to the date of the course/webinar or on the day itself, there will be no refund of the fee paid.
Additional cases not listed below will be evaluated by VINIDEA only upon receipt of a specific written notice of request.

7.5 Rules of Conduct

Participants are required to use the materials, equipment and premises provided for the conduct of classroom courses with care and diligence, to abide by the safety rules of the venues and facilities, and not to take photos, audio/video recordings except and/or prior written authorization from VINIDEA.
In case of violations VINIDEA is authorized to proceed with legal action and to withdraw photos and audio/video recordings.

Ch. 8 Declaration of acceptance of VINIDEA’s GTC

The Client declares that he/she has read and accepts, without any conditions or reservations, all the provisions contained in this document “VINIDEA s.r.l.’s General Conditions of Sale”.
