This lesson describes how closure permeability acts as a strategic enological lever to guide wine’s aromatic development after bottling. Once bottled, your wine’s aromatic profile evolves primarily under the influence of oxygen ingress through the closure.
In this session, we will cover:
- Aromatic Sensitivity: Identify which wine aromatic compounds are most impacted by oxygen exposure.
- Evolution Trajectories: Learn how different oxygen ingress levels shape the aromatic profile over time.

How to access the contents:
