Starting with the reflection that we need to understand what happened in the past (how wine was born, who made it first, how the “mystery” of alcoholic fermentation was unraveled), to understand how wine progressed to today, then understand the present (what is modern wine) to get to the future of the vineyard and the wine of tomorrow, in light of climate change, sustainability, economic uncertainties, rising energy and material costs, and the transparency demanded by the consumer.

How to access the contents:
