Returns and Refunds
The clauses on returns and refunds are detailed in the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in the Consumer Code under Articles 52–59, VINIDEA has established the following online procedure for B2C Customers residing in Italy and the European Union to exercise their right of withdrawal:
- Click the WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT HERE button below,
- Fill out the form,
- Click Confirm withdrawal.
You may withdraw within 14 calendar days from the date of order confirmation, except for the instances specified by law and detailed in the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
VINIDEA will review the request and issue a refund, using—where possible—the payment method the Customer used at the time of purchase and without any additional charges.
For B2C Customers residing outside the European Union, the same procedure described above may be followed. VINIDEA reserves the right to evaluate the request in accordance with applicable law and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
For B2B Customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and what is indicated in the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE remains applicable.
