Cultural funding program
The project aims to:
- Upgrade the company’s IT infrastructure in order to ensure improvement in terms of quality of service delivery and internal efficiency;
- Review the Infowine magazine in terms of structure, layout and functionality.
Specifically, the project consists of a series of actions, aimed at achieving the above objectives:
- Acquisition of a new corporate server to be virtualized;
- Enhancement of the internal line and internet through switches and antennas;
- Replacement of existing wiring of the internal office internet line;
- Purchase and setup of a backup system (NAS);
- Installation and setup of new equipment;
- Acquisition of an antivirus system for all team PCs and server;
- Implementation of Microsoft SharePoint, content management system (CMS) software platform;
- Development of a new website based on wordpress that will replace the current Infowine website where all free content will be featured;
- Transfer of content to the newly implemented website;
- Creation of a marketplace in order to enhance the sale of Infowine’s services and the transfer of paid content;
- Integration with Mailup, a professional platform indispensable both for mass e-mailing and for implementing e-mail marketing strategies through automation and detailed profiling derived from user behavior analysis;
- Development of an application in order to make Infowine content available in offline mode to cater to the needs of users with a poor internet line;
- Connectivity of the marketplace with accounting management to speed up accounting operations and minimize errors.
The Project is funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU under the NRP, M1C3 – Investment 3.3 – Supporting cultural and creative sectors for innovation and digital transition.
